This model is popular among Mobile Network Operators (MNOs), Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and ODMs, Onfon Mobile does not bear any risk in this case. We can choose to carry inventory for the MNOs, OEMs and ODMs and make partial payments to the same parties.
